How do I view and adjust my customers’ subscriptions?

While your customers can edit their subscriptions in their Account Portal, your team can also manage their subscriptions on their behalf within Smartrr.

 

Navigate to Subscriptions in the left-hand menu. You can search for the particular subscription you are looking for by the customer’s email address or subscription ID number: 

 

 

Once you’ve located the subscription you’d like to manage, click on the three dots on the far right-hand side of the page to navigate into the subscription’s details:

 

 

Once inside the subscription details, you’ll be able to take a variety of actions including: 

 

  • Cancel a customer’s subscription 
  • Pause a subscription
  • Reactivate a paused subscription
  • Add/remove products from a subscription
  • Adjust pricing of items within a subscription 
  • Adjust price of shipping on a subscription
  • Add/remove discount codes
  • Change shipping address
