See how to view the transactions associated with your customers’ subscription orders.
Within the Smartrr app, navigate Transactions in the left-hand menu. Here, you can view each transaction with its attributed identifier, the Smartrr Bill ID. To expand into the full subscription details associated with each transaction, click on the three dots on the right-hand side:
To set up rules around transactions with ‘Failed’ statues, go to your Transaction Settings.
