How do I adjust a customer’s delivery date?

Customer has gone out of town? Manage their next subscription delivery delivery date on their behalf in the Admin Portal.

Within the Smartrr app, navigate to Subscriptions in the left-hand menu. You can quickly search for the customer’s subscription by email, name or subscription ID.


 

Once you’ve located the subscription you’d like to manage, click on the three dots on the far right-hand side of the page, then click View Subscription Details.

 


In the upper right-hand corner click Set next order date.


🔔 Note: Updating a customer’s order date will also update all future orders.
