How do I add or remove products from a customer’s subscription?

Within Subscription details view, easily add or remove products from a subscription order without disrupting the subscription cycle.

Within the Smartrr app, navigate to Subscriptions in the left-hand menu. You can quickly search for the customer’s subscription by email, name or subscription ID.


 

Once you’ve located the subscription you’d like to manage, click on the three dots on the far right-hand side of the page, then click View Subscription Details.

 


To Add Items:


Click Add Item


Select the item and variation (if applicable) you’d like to add from the item list.

Fill in the Price and Quantity, when finished click Add selected item variant to subscription



To Remove Items:

 

🔔 Note: To remove an item, there must be at least one item in the subscription. If there is only one item, you have the option to either pause or cancel the customer’s subscription. 


Locate the item you’d like to delete.


Click Delete next to the item, then click Delete in the pop-up.
